Cuba… through the lens

Photographer Michael Eastman “is most recognized for his explorations of architectural form and the textures of decay, which create mysterious narrative about time and space.” Here, his beautifully haunting images of Cuba have taken hold of my imagination… and have left me longing to pay a visit or perhaps to dwell permanently in the dream-like spaces, unable to dislodge the lump in my throat or the ache in my heart and/or memory…
